Denham we are proving the model you site. I have only partners and they are young and innovative and committed. We do exactly as you suggest in freely collaborative ongoing interaction. It is a miracle to behold at times.

But I have not found many business people who will even consider this model. They are by and large driven by a need for fast interaction and transactions. Most of the managers I encouter think the collaborative model is "neat" but don't take the time to really explore it. Get the delibertive discourse flowing, the deep conversations engaged. There is a lot of resistence since most adoption decsions are made by such traditional hierarchial managers.

If you come across a business person who is willing to really explore the potential. We have developed the tools now and the process models that truly merge intelligent social networking with online productivity.
