Hello Daan,
Identification, Value and Motivation seem to be some of the key issues in KM. Do you think conventional techniques from sales and marketing could be applied to these issues in any way?
Sharing I see as quite a unique issue in a number of environments where this behavior is not exactly part of the traditional culture either of the business or of society, so sharing could be cultivated, I guess some answers in this area might be of use?
Would real world examples of “how to’s” be of more use than some generic “KM guru” guidelines for determining what to do in these circumstances?
