Many thanks for the reply. As always, I have some more questions:
1. What do you think we should apply standards to? E.g. software representation schemas, databases, interoperability, audit, mapping, tracking, tracing, protocols in soft and hard systems etc.?
2. Is an employee understandable, theoretically correct or actually right in feeling that they could (more easily) be made redundant if their knowledge is tapped?
3. Would you like to see (more) real off the shelf KM software?At the moment I am still trying to get a clear perspective of key issues facing people with KM, however, I will publish electronically all the findings with my own comments when I feel that there is something of value to publish – needless to say, the I do not plan to charge for the document, at least for @BRINT contributors.
