Thanks for the reply.
I work for a technical support organisation and i am trying to convince the support engineers about the advantages of capturing cases that they solve on high end technical products (Netscape server etc.,)
The people i am trying to convince are Engineers who are taking live calls from customers.
The biggest barrier that i get from the engineers are NOTIME NOTIME AND NOTIME. Even if time is there they are worried about the information (redundancy) that i have give above.
Culture is good, not so bad. But the attitude of individuals... :-(((((((((
