Hi Martyn,
The darker side first, So in KM convincing co-workers about the effeciency of the KM concepts are difficult. There are no standards set so anybody can set any standards and thereby design and implement software.
The Brighter Side : The interesting part of KM is there is no reinventing of wheel in this technology. It is really wonderful to findout information sitting at your desk. The design of the structure of a case in the knowledgebase is really interesting and wonderful. I am very much facinated about KM and its applications.
