May thanks for the great input.
Apart from SWOT analysis, what other techniques do you think could be used to identify areas and actions that could benefit from KM?
I typically encourage people to carry out a vision, strategy and competition alignment exercise – (yes, we also have a methodology for it, LOL) - but sometimes this doesn’t get carried through, for a number of reasons. Do you ever get resistance to using proven techniques or analysis?
