Many thanks for reply and the great questions.
A question from me, too. If we needed to reduce the scope a little of the first of your questions (i.e. What is the purpose of KM?) do you think the question might be posed as something along the lines of, e.g. What is the Purpose of KM in Business, What is the Purpose of KM in Government etc. I am trying to narrow the scope a little in order to produce something short and usable in a reasonable period of time. What do you think?
