1. What aspects of knowledge work are people uncomfortable with? Report writing, cross-referencing, speaking with others, etc.?
2. What aspect of knowledge work do people really find boring?
3. What are the typical roles and responsibilities of people who should be sharing knowledge?
4. What types of knowledge should they be sharing?
