Many thanks for getting back to me on this question – with some great thought proving comments. In order to try and move forward I have formulated a couple of questions, if that’s okay, they are:
1. What type or organization are you trying to convince?
2. What are you trying to convince them of about KM?
3. Who within the organization have you been trying to convince – their roles and responsibilities (not names)?
4. What are the typical attitudes and responses that you encounter when trying to promote KM? What barriers do you get put up before you?
5. What is the culture of the organization in question like?Thanks and best regards,
