Tacit knowledge:
Understanding, discovering, growing, transfering.

Collaboration:
Making it work, geting beyond sharing to knowledge synthesis and creating new knowledge. Building social capital and dealing faily with intellectual property, building identity and cultivating Ba.

Representation:
Finding the best way to capture, store, inference and publish our thoughts, ideas, meaning, feelings, distinctions. Having a medium that is connected, universal and facile, i.e. able to capture emergent knowledge from ephemeral exchanges.

I'm sure hoping others will have great & grave issues to share too.
