I did a web search yesterday, I think it was something like "Masters in Knowledge Management", as I wanted to find out about MSc in Knowledge Management.
Maybe you could do the same for Phd?
I found a lot of results for Universities and Business Schools in the UK (where I live) that are offering these courses. Some of them even for distance/part time learning.
