Yogesh, I was going to add this to one of my other post but I thought it best fit in reply to this topic.
How do you manage to refer so well to internal and external references of this forum. To me you are exhibiting near perfect practices as a coach of a virtual knowledge forum.
I think a discussion of your practices would be an excellent thread on how to coach a virtual community. When I compare this forum with other it is obvious that you are doing some thing very right.
Any of your practices that you would care to share?
