Hellow Marie,
I am presently implementing KM Practice in our organization. I am,now, concentrating on the human issues like "how to imbibe the idea of Knowledge Management and convince my colleagues?, how to transform each employee into a knowledge worker?, how to achieve desired level of ability to contribute to the growth of the organization by a given employee, irrespective of his individual calibre?, etc.
Do you mean to say that you are also presently concentrating on the same?
Please clarify my doubt.
