Dear all,
I am familiar with the basic concept but am needing a lot more information. If anyone can help me answer the following, I would be most grateful:
1. Should the leader of the organization/company have feared the loss of power when the self-directed teams were established? why?
2. Whey is the management of change so much a part of the trasition to self-directed teams?
Thanks for any help you may provide.
Regards,
Sothun Thay
