though the links did not come with your post, the keywords were quite
helpful.
Currently I am wondering whether CBR might be a possible solution for my
"helpdesk"-problem.
But I am not sure,whether it will be possible to reduce the quite complex
problems (regarding software-developement) to
such simple case-features as it is possible in the car-example you find everywhere
on the web (i.e. case1 a)lights don't work, b)car: bmw, c)age: 23 years d)solution: change lights).any cbr- or helpdesk- experts around? :-)
