I personally feel Training & KM have a lot in common attempting to increase the Knowledge, Skills, and the likes of the employees or customers of an organization, with latest technologies. ( Not to ignore generous opportunities to waste Web-Sized amounts of money, time and enthusiasm!)
But I would like to know from u all about the real relationship between training and knowledge management...?!
Are they really just different names for the same thing? Are they partners in a common pursuit? Or competitors for the hearts, minds, and budgets of high-level executives? Or bitter enemies, poised to fight to the death?
