Anne-Marie,
I'm wondering where you would like to start here?. The 'technologies' you mention, (i.e., workflow, Boolean logic) seem to fit in the middle. At the lowest level we may have specific algorthims, e.g. CAR & MARS used in data mining then technologies, e.g. workflow, induction, web-conferencing, databases, bulletin boards which collect and wrap alorithms in an interface, above this we have technology suites, e.g. document / content management, CRM, search engine, self-contained applications that sit on top of enterprize platforms, link to legacy data, interface across and outside the organization.
Here is a partial list at the technology suite level:
1) document / content management
2) portals / intranets
3) knowledge exchanges / auctions
4) collaborative and groupware
5) knowledge discovery (data mining)
6) business intelligence
7) intangible asset management
8) customer relationship management (CRM)
9) supply chain management (SCM)
10) intelligent agents
11) learning management
12) helpdesks and customer service
