Greetings Ann-Marie,
I would be glad to work with you on this and have collected some notes we could use to get us started. There are quite a few taxonomies and models for clustering KM technologies.
Looking at KM from just a technology standpoint, may not be the best way to get to grips with the entire field. There are significant areas within KM where technologies just do not play the key role, e.g. learning, relationships, trust, awareness, reflection, culture and making changes. Would you intend to cover these as well?
