I believe that PEOPLE & CULTURE are two factors that can add to the successfulness of any management system, and that includes knowledge management.

In pursing confidence on whether KM can contribute to the organizational wealth or not, that depends on the robustness of your KM system in the organization. In the early steps of designing the KM system, we need to updhold the true stories of the organizational business objectives and align them with the KM objectives. In addition, some areas need to be confined such as the people's level of IT skills, expertise and so on.

There are lots other to concern if we need the best solution for KM...
