Hi Denham,
I would be hard pressed to say specifically. At the moment, I consider knowledge management as some kind primary force, and I'm trying to equate this 'force' with the operations which unfold in business. Although this may sound rather strange, I think of the earth itself as the primary business success model (40 trillion in services last year), which operates in accordance with the principles of knowledge management. This ultimate business model, and accompanying principles is the subject of a paper I'm just completing, which describes how this all works together.
