My organisation is trying to build up a small team of consultants in offering KM services. Where can i locate the types of basic skill sets required to train the staff? I'm looking more at business-related non technical skills. The different specialisation include km business case formation, knowledge audit, km processes, change management km measurement etc. Really appreciate any advice. Thanks
