Very good points. And very practical. Perhaps the best definition of knowledge management is, as the Zen philosophers say, to throw sand in the eyes and refuse to define it at all. Which is what I do by prescribing to the notion of KM as an 'oxymoron'. It opens up a wide range of vistas, both practical and intellectual. A working non-definition 'definition', if you like.
