I am also interested in what KM structures are demonstrating success. I work in a large multi-national pharmaceutical firm which is currently debating how to best establish a KM structure across all business units.

I have yet to find an example of a KM structure that clearly shows how any firm has addressed this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
