I agree with you.

However, I just can't believe some of the responses to some of the postings, sort of reminds me of a Mel Brooks / Charlie Chaplin meets KM pastiche.

"You will understand anyways you likes so long as you understands like me."

"You will only consider Business KM if it is directly related to profit, and that is an order."

So much for healthy diversity of opinion. LOL
