Hi,

I agree that understanding is very important.

What I am also concerned about is this all or nothing approach to business, which I find almost fanatical and almost lacking in anything practical.

If we are to say that nothing is worth doing if it doesn't contribute directly to the bottom line then we will all be sitting on our backsides waiting for either the perfect company or a business superman (the guy who wears his underwear on the outside of his clothes) until the world freezes over or we get back to seeing business as more than just a perfect profit making engine at the service of profit, like as if people were just a necessary evil in the process.

Let's leave the more radical rubbish in the domain of politics and religion and get back on track with things such as the goal of better understanding etc.
