I am a current Master Degree student trying to start a dissertation in KM area. I have read books and articles but still find it very hard to narrow my topic down. I do need help about it.
Q1. I like to focus on how organisation create and manage its knowledge assets and the management of tacit and explicit knowledge. Also I would like to study how knowledge create core competence and therefore lead to competitive advantage of the organisation. How should I get start with my dissertation then ?
Q2. What is a current topic that draw many attentions from researcher in the topic of KM ? If you are going to do a dissertation about KM, What kind of topic you will be interested in ?
