EXECUTIVE PROFILE

Mini Malhotra served as the co-founder of the BRINT Institute, LLC, the New York based information technology management advisory and research social enterprise internationally recognized for its research, practice, and thought leadership. She currently serves in a senior management leadership role as the Program Director at one of the largest premier integrated health systems in Central New York. She is profiled in the Mohawk Valley 40 under 40 honoring Central New York professionals under the age of 40 for their business accomplishments and community involvement. Before co-founding BRINT Institute, she was responsible for the executive oversight of divisional process redesign and innovation, capital budgeting, cost effectiveness, revenue forecasting, continuous quality improvement, and productivity assessment initiatives as a Director at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Health System. She has more than 17 years experience in senior management and consulting practices. She had also been a founding principal of a healthcare consultation practice with high profile clients and major international organizations in her earlier professional career. She has taught as adjunct faculty at the University of Pittsburgh School of Health Sciences in the areas of information technology, contracting and negotiation practices, continuous quality improvement (CQI), communications, and reimbursement.

Her credentials include Executive Education from Harvard Business School, MHA (Master of Health Administration) from University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Health Administration, MBA from University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a BS in Occupational Therapy. She is a member of the AOTA.
